Resolved Question: my hamster looks like it has skin growing on his right front leg?

its not a cyst i dont know what it is it. it looks like when u get old and the skin hangs.it has a red tint to it.and it looks like its growing.is there anything i can do..i live in southern california near whittier norwalk, la mirada, fullerton, buena park, brea .anaheim.if anyone could get me a vets number near those areas it be great..please help...
